Hawkeye have been a pleasure to work with from contact to the office through to front end expert at the property. They are clearly well organised and also honest and thorough. Not knowing much about pest control I looked to them to guide me on the plan and also when I thought I had return visitors, Hawkeye came over and genuinely said there's no further need for them after a thorough check.

I thought I had a large number of wasps. Turns out that they are miner bees that make small holes to lay eggs in soil. They're not dangerous. Hawkeye rep was very helpful.

Rad was great in helping me with my rat problem -- he took care to explain what he proposed doing and why, always checking with me along the way The final bill was actually less than I'd expected. Finding the correct phone number to arrange or change visits was sometimes a bit confusing for me -- it's a small business -- but a request submitted on the online form was quickly answered. i'd definitely use HawkEye again.

Andy carried out the removal of a substantial colony of bees from a house loft. This was done with great competence and courtesy, followed by the closure of all access points to prevent the problem reoccurring.Even more impressive was the infinite care taken to transport the bees to be rehoused safely elsewhere. This is especially important in light of the worrying reduction in overall bee numbers. It is apparent that Andy has been concerned about this problem for many years and has long resisted the easy option of destroying nests in situ.In every respect, it was a pleasure dealing with HawkEye Pest Control.
